In connection with cases of use of fake state registration numbers in the Ministry of Internal Affairs at the expense of experienced specialists, a working group was established in connection with the introduction of changes and additions to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, which will include the use of fake state registration numbers as a crime in this Code.According to the information of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Dushanbe, preparing, owning, keeping, transferring, giving to someone else's possession and advertising fake number plates, driving a vehicle with a foreign state registration number or a fake number plate, as well as for driving a person giving away such a vehicle is considered a crime, criminal liability is provided, and imprisonment is imposed.Obeying the current laws is mandatory for all citizens, and police officers are obliged to protect the rights, freedoms and interests of citizens within the scope of their official powers.
