The Committee of Emergency Situations and Civil Defense under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, relying on the information of the Meteorological Agency of the country, informs that on July 3-5 this year, due to a strong wind blowing from the southwest at a speed of 13-18 m/s, in the territory of Khatlon region and subordinate districts of the republic is expected to have dusty weather.  Also, on July 3-5, in a number of districts of the Badakhshan Mountain Autonomous Region, meteorologists predict the arrival of floods due to the melting of glaciers. Floods are also likely to occur in separate mountainous regions of Sughd region. In this regard, the Committee of Emergency Situations and Civil Defense under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan advises people suffering from heart diseases, diabetes and hypertension to take precautions. It is also recommended to drivers and hikers not to ignore traffic rules on such busy days. In such days, it is very important to keep a distance between the vehicles, as the possibility of rock falls from the mountains is also high.
