The Committee of Emergency Situations and Civil Defense under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan draws the attention of visitors and residents of the country that, according to the information of the Meteorological Agency of Tajikistan, due to the arrival of a wave of hot and dry air on June 9-12, precipitation is expected in most districts of   Khatlon region and subordinate districts of the republic.  Also, on June 10-12, it is possible to register rainfall in the valleys of  Sughd region.·
   Rising temperatures cause glaciers to melt, which can raise water levels in rivers. There is a high possibility of floods in various areas of the central districts, Khatlon and Sughd provinces. Recommendations of the Emergency Situations and Civil Defense Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in these cases:
·

Stay away from direct sunlight and try to stay in the shade all the time, so that you don't go out unnecessarily during the hot days of the day, from 11 am to 4 pm.
·

• Avoid heavy physical activities;
·

• Wear clothes made of natural fabrics if you can, take care of yourself, wear a big hat, sunglasses and an umbrella;
·

• Drink more water, eat fruits, and fruits are the main holders of all kinds of vitamins and mineral salts. It is better to drink boiled water at room temperature or still mineral water. Make sure that the water is not too cold, because this can lead to throat infections, and as a result, the body's susceptibility to infection decreases. Avoid drinking sweet and carbonated water, as well as wine;
·

• Before getting into a car, open its doors first and, if possible, activate its airbags;
·
   • Quickly put the person with heat to sleep in the shade, in a place with wind; make him drink water drop by drop, clean his body with a damp cloth. Sometimes it is necessary to give artificial respiration or cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and especially during rest and bathing, it is necessary to be very careful, observe the rules of presence in water reservoirs: banks of rivers, canals, reservoirs.
