In order to ensure the implementation of the instructions and orders of the great leader of the nation, Emomali Rahmon, and the requirements of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan for the installation of surveillance cameras in public places, institutions and organizations, hotels and stadiums, places of rest for citizens, parks and alleys, avenues and places of entertainment, concert halls, shopping centers and markets and Other important facilities are constantly being explained by the police.It is worth mentioning that the implementation of the "Safe City" project over the past few years has helped to prevent traffic violations, detect and arrest criminals, and ensure the safety and security of citizens, and to some extent prevented disorder in the capital. That is why this project is under the direct control of the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and is being improved step by step. In particular, with the initiative of the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a small control and management center "Safe City" was established in the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in I. Somoni district, at its opening ceremony the head of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Dushanbe, Major General of Police Hamidzoda Barotali Partov, deputies the head of the Department and the heads of internal affairs departments of capital districts participated.As it was reported, at the first stage, 74 surveillance cameras were installed in this center, and public places will be under constant surveillance and use. In fact, the installation of surveillance cameras is a requirement of modern times, along with the detection and prevention of crime, at the same time without means. it is in the interest of the citizens themselves, and their safety and security are protected. In this regard, every citizen can install surveillance cameras in his residence, household facilities and other enterprises and offices, and above all ensure the security and safety of his property. It is worth noting that the "Safe City" project will continue to improve, and in the next phase, all public places of Dushanbe city will be equipped with high-quality cameras, and such small monitoring centers will be established in the Department of Internal Affairs of each district.
