After the end of the meeting and discussions at the high level between Tajikistan and Turkmenistan, in the presence and participation of the delegations of the two states, the ceremony of signing new cooperation agreements took place. The President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, and the President of Turkmenistan, His Excellency Serdar Berdimuhamedov, signed agreements on strategic partnership between the Republic of Tajikistan and Turkmenistan.   Among the agreements signed in the presence of the delegations were:   - Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of Turkmenistan on cooperation in the field of healthcare; - Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of Turkmenistan on cooperation in the field of international cyber security; - Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of Turkmenistan on cooperation in the field of technical information security; - Protocol between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan on cooperation in the field of international relations - Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of Turkmenistan on cooperation in the field of quarantine regulations; - Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of Turkmenistan on cooperation in the field of tourism; - "Road Map" for joint preparation in the agricultural sector between the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan for the years 2023-2025; - Cooperation between the Department of Financial Monitoring of the National Bank of Tajikistan and the Department of Monitoring of the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan in the field of combating money laundering, terrorism financing, and proliferation of weapons of mass destruction; - Cooperation between the National Bank of Tajikistan and the Central Bank of Turkmenistan; - Agreement between the Customs Service of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan on the exchange of pre-arrival information on goods and means of transport through the customs border; - Agreement between the Executive Authorities of the Khatlon region of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Executive Authorities of the Mary region of Turkmenistan; - Agreement between the Executive Authorities of the Sughd region of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Executive Authorities of the Balkan region of Turkmenistan on cooperation in the fields of trade, economy, science and technology, and culture and humanities.     - Agreement on joint development of the transport sector and multimodal transport between the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Agency of Transport and Communication under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan for the years 2023-2025; - Understanding between the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Industry and Production of Turkmenistan; - Agreement on trade cooperation between the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan; - Understanding between the Ministry of Labour, Migration and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Turkmenistan on cooperation in the field of labour and employment; - Agreement between the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Agency "Turkmenavtoyollary" of the Agency of Transport and Communication under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan on the development of international road transport; - Cooperation agreement between the Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and the State Committee of Turkmenistan; - Agreement between the State Committee for Industrial Safety of the Republic of Tajikistan and the State Committee for Standardization of Turkmenistan; - Understanding between the Center for Strategic Research under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Center for Strategic Research under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan; - Cooperation agreement between the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan; - Understanding between the National Information Agency "Khovar" of Tajikistan and the State Information Agency "TDH" of Turkmenistan; - Understanding on cooperation between the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of the Republic of Tajikistan and the National Center of Trade Unions of Turkmenistan.     "After the end of the signing ceremony of the credentials of the esteemed states of Emomali Rahmon and Sardar Berdimuhamedov for the high-level talks between Tajikistan and Turkmenistan, the press conference was held for the wide range of media outlets.
